PEAK  Jun 1, 2008 - Sep 30, 2008

     $1,250 (weekly)   $537 (weekend)  Three night minimum June-Sept

4 people-$179/night---each additional person $25/night

 

OFF-PEAK  Oct 1, 2008 - May 31, 2009

    $1,175 (weekly) $504 (Weekend)  Two night minumum Oct-May

4 people-$169/night---each additional person $25/night

 

DEPOSIT   Damage/Reservation deposit is $500. Holidays are Peak Rate. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival-full refund less $75.  Cancellation less than 60 days refund 50%.  Cancellation less than 30 days - no refund.

 

DEPOSIT AT BOOKING.  Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate required 60 days before arrival, balance is due 14 days before arrival date.

A security deposit will be refunded after complete inspection of the home---any damages or theft will be charged.  Violation of pets or smoking will result in no deposit being refunded.
